We are expanding our commercial operations and are in search of an Account Manager with Programmatic / Digital Technology experience who can serve, support and grow our rapidly expanding customer base here in North America and Canada.

The areas of responsibility include…
- Serve as MPOC for servicing Peer39’s programmatic buy-side accounts, including trading desks, operating agencies, and direct advertisers in the USA and Canada regions.
- Maintain excellent communication with client stakeholders and the internal sales team striving to always improve delivery, client satisfaction, and campaign optimization.
- Proactively oversee assigned Book of Business, and identify growth opportunities by analyzing client revenue reports.
- Understand campaign objectives and KPIs to ensure successful campaign strategy and performance.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve processes and client issues by providing strategic and tactical solutions and satisfactory resolution of all support requests.
- Assist clients and partners with RFPs, campaign management, bid strategy, and general support.
- Present Peer39 solutions and best practices to programmatic buyers, including announcing new products and features as they become available.
- Contribute to improving internal best practice guidelines, processes, and operating cadences.
- Be a team player and show openness to being asked to participate in projects or tasks that may be outside daily responsibilities.
What will you need to succeed?
- 2+ years working in the programmatic advertising space. experience in the programmatic space.
- Direct experience working at either ad buying platforms (DSPs), advertising agencies, ad networks or publishers with command of how the ecosystem works
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of conveying issues clearly and ensuring successful overall communication through all channels.
- Strong presentation skills, including crafting the story, writing the deck and communicating the message to the client or partner.
- Knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Ability to work independently and to achieve success based on your own initiative.
- Genuine curiosity, strategic thinking and the ability to learn on-the-fly.
